Return and Cancellation Policy

This Return & Cancellation Policy explains how digital orders placed on Backlink Works are handled. All products offered on our website are delivered as non-tangible, digitally processed outputs, which are generated, prepared, and delivered through our internal online systems. As these items are not physical goods, the completion and delivery of each order depends on digital workflow processing rather than shipment of physical products.

1. Nature of Digital Delivery

All orders purchased through Backlink Works are fulfilled through our internal online workflow, where the customer receives a digitally prepared output, report, or deliverable.
Since the items are generated and delivered electronically, customers do not receive any physical package, and no physical returns are applicable.

2. Refunds & Returns After Digital Delivery

Once a digital order has been fully created, processed, and delivered to the customer’s email, the order is considered successfully completed.
Because the output is non-reversible and consists of digital deliverables created specifically for the customer, refunds or returns cannot be accepted after completion.

3. Refunds When Delivery Is Delayed

If the digital deliverable is not completed on time, the customer may request a review of the order status.
Refunds or returns may be issued based on mutual agreement, depending on the stage of digital processing already completed.

4. Order Cancellation Before Delivery

If a customer wishes to cancel the order before the digital workflow begins or before the deliverable is generated, Backlink Works will accept the cancellation and issue a full refund of the amount paid.

No physical products are shipped.
All orders are treated as digitally delivered items, and our policies comply with the guidelines applicable to non-physical online deliverables.
